Our Story

From Victim, to Conqueror

Antoinette Maluleke, a survivor of domestic violence, founded BBM Foundation in 2021 after nearly losing her life to her abuser. Facing a bleak future as a single, unemployed mother, Antoinette found strength and built a stable life for herself and her daughters. Motivated by the support she received on her journey, she dreamed of empowering other women facing similar challenges.

BBM Foundation aims to uplift women who have experienced domestic violence and feel devalued, hopeless, and lacking self-worth. Antoinette understands the impact of abuse and aspires to mentor these women, providing them with opportunities to rediscover their value and conquer their past. She envisions the foundation as a guiding hand, helping women realize their potential and emerge from victims to thriving survivors.
